This purchase replaced our old Miele vacuum that had lasted 17 years! This looks equally well made and, hopefully, it will last as long! My one criticism is that it is less powerful than our old one; but overall it is a well made and easy to use vacuum.

Great machine

I bought the CX1 cleaner at the Miele store in Brent Cross. I received excellent service and expert knowledge from the store manager. The vacuum cleaner provides a powerful suction and is very easy to use and clean. Great product!

This hoover has not disappointed and I am very happy, the suction is fantastic. there are some things that are in the design I would change which are very small. The cable requires you to hold your foot on the button, it doesn’t automatically take it after one hit - our last Miele did this. You can’t stand it up, so isn’t as easy to store. There is also one side to attach to handle.
