Excellent product very poor customer service
I have several Miele products and have no complaints whatsoever what I do have a problem with is Miele customer service. I needed help with a product and sent email plus photos several weeks age and they have never got back to me.

Great product and great customer service — I would recommend it.
I bought this item from the Miele store in Cambridge Grand Arcade. Two lovely girls at the shop recommended it to me, and they were very helpful and friendly. The product works perfectly and I am very happy with the performance. It made a big difference straight away. I definitely recommend it.

Lo cinsiglio
Spazzola con setole morbide ideale per il parquet. Pulisce molto bene ed è più silenziosa.
