Disappointed impossible to clean by soaking or soapy water
Disappointed with this product. Stainless steel very hard to clean. Spoke to the chef before purchase and took advice about cleaning. Did exactly what she recommended regarding cleaning but was unable to remove food stains. Went into the store today staff suggested user error. To be honest they were a little aggressive. I said to her that when she sold me the pan she should have told me to buy their ceramic and stainless steel cleaner if that was what was needed. She keep on saying any brand will do it doesn’t have to be ours!! When buying a pan at almost £300 I expect expert advice and someone who is well trained. The pan cooks very nicely but the jury is out on cleaning the pan after use. The sales assistant was nice when I made my purchase but on returning to say it was difficult to clean not as helpful.

Undecided if worth the money
Not sure at the moment if this is any better than a frying pan , therefore not sure if it is worth the money
